This is a complete OEM cruise control for the 2003-2006 Chevy Silverado with a V8 or Diesel. Also applicable to the 2007 Classic body style with the V8 or diesel. Step by step instructions included and located below as well. Not applicable to the V6 model. Vehicles cruise "engage light" in instrument cluster will come on when cruise is active.

2003 Silverado was already wired to work
Plugged into existing connector on steering column. Been driving this truck for over 3 years with not cruise control, when all I had to do is read reviews here, buy it and install it with no wiring needed.

This system was easy to install, very straight forward. My customer was impressed especially with the factory cruise light coming on in the dash when in use.

Very reasonable price. Had my mechanic install it. I love have cruise in my 2005 Chevy 2500HD work truck. I was impressed that the light on the dash shows cruise. I did not know it would be this nice. The automotive repair shop I use even took the name of the website for future needs. Thanks

Should have done this years ago
I’ve had my 2003 Silverado since new. It was a very plain work truck model with 2 options: intermittent wipers and the 4.8L V8 engine. I don’t do much long distance travel, so I haven’t really missed CC functionality but on a few occasions. My daughter will be taking a job in Corpus Christi, TX next month and we will be using the truck to help her move, so I figured now is the time to have Cruise Control! This could not have been easier ... it was simply a matter of switching the turn signal stock. My truck was already pre-wired for this, so I had one additional connection to make when putting the new stalk in. Easy-peasy. Now I wish I had done this years ago.

Beware if you have LED lights
Factory says this unit has had issues when vehicle has led bulbs, have to add a relay...need to talk to factory for work around.

After installation the cruise control worked immediately without any issues at all. Still going strong. I highly recommend the cruise control store.

perfect fit
Had a friend help me out who was familiar in the ways of getting around some minor installation issues with regards to mounting the unit, in other words he knew what to expect and could solder wires professionally and accurately according to the guide that came with the unit.. Looks and functions just like a factory unit and except for the Solders/splices at the TAC control module you wouldn't be able to tell this was an aftermarket unit... I am satisfied.
