The 250-3026 is a GM style cruise control switch that is applicable to some 1978-1984 vehicles. If you have a lever that removes from the column by simply pulling it outwards, and has no wiper controls, this is the switch you need. Not compatible with original equipment cruise systems.

Pricey, but perfect.
This stalk is a direct swap on my 81 Firebird with the headlight dimmer on the turn signal. Give the old one a very firm yank to remove, and pop in the new one. I do wish that it was shipped unterminated. I had to remove the plug so that the wire could be fished through the column housing. Roster/Dakota Digital does not offer this stalk as an option anymore. Pretty sure once current stock is gone, you’ll have to use the cut-off switch option.

Product received as described and in a timely manner. Product did not fit my application perfectly, (81trans am). But I was able to use it and am happy with the results.
