M&R Electronics #1 goal is to make sure you get the right equipment and quick, accurate technical assistance. But, on occasion you will have to return equipment for various reasons. Please follow the guidelines below to make sure your return is processed quickly. Please see the “Warranty Return” page if you have a warranty issue.
New equipment that has not been installed is eligible for a full credit with no restocking fee for the 1st 30 days. From 31 to 60 days there is a 20% restocking fee. After 60 days your new product is not eligible for return credit.
Installed equipment is eligible for return credit for up to 30 days with a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept your installed equipment for return credit after 30 days.
Original Equipment cruise control kits (GM, Ford and Chrysler) are subject to a 20% restocking fee within the 1st 30 days. They are not eligible for return credit after that period.
Call 1-800-343-1382 to get an RA #. We will not accept a return without an RA #.
Package your return well and include all necessary paper work (copy of original receipt, completed warranty card). Make sure the RA# you received in Step #1 is clearly marked on the outside of the package. You can ship your return via UPS, USPS or Fedex.
