Warranty Policy

M&R Electronics #1 goal is to make sure you get the right equipment and quick, accurate technical assistance. But, on occasion we will have a defective part that will need to be exchanged for various reasons. Please follow the guidelines below to make sure your warranty return/exchange is processed quickly. Please see the “Return Policy” page for non-warranty returns.

Step #1

Call 1-800-343-1382 to get an RA #. We will not accept warranty exchanges without an RA #.

Step #2

Package your defective warranty well and include all necessary paper work (copy of original receipt, completed warranty card). Make sure the RA # you received in step #1 is clearly marked on the outside of the package. You can ship your return via UPS, USPS or FedEx.

All Rostra non RF (wireless radio frequency) cruise equipment comes with a 3 year product replacement warranty.

The 250-1483, 250-1775 and 250-1774 wireless cruise kits come with a 1 year product replacement warranty.

All original equipment cruise controls (GM, Ford and Chrysler) come with a 1 year warranty.

M&R Electronics is not responsible for labor cost incurred while diagnosing defective equipment or labor costs associated with removing defective equipment to send in for warranty.

M&R Electronics is not responsible for shipping costs to us. We will ship your warranty exchange parts back to you via UPS ground free of charge (to the U.S. only).
