Overall a very good product. Basic wiring knowledge is definitely needed. Maybe a little more written instruction about assembly instead of all illustration. But even if your remotely knowledgeable about wiring then you're going to figure it out. The cruise control component is not as responsive as new age cruise control but overall I'm very happy considering I didn't have it before. Even a shade tree mechanic like myself could figure it out.
