The 250-2316 is the actual servo that comes in the 250-1223 kit. You can use this to replace an out of warranty servo for the following kits ;

The 2316 does NOT come with a cable, wiring harness or misc installation parts. It is only the servo assembly. Please call with any questions regarding application. 3 yr warranty

Rostra cruise control servo
since I replaced the original unit with the new one it has worked flawlessly. My original unit was 20 years old.

Very is to switch out.
Took about 45 minutes to take out the old and put in the new box. Experienced person could do it in about 20 minutes. Works perfectly. Glad I made the purchase.

Feb 9th 2014 well it’s been one of those days when the last thing happens that you believe would happen. But when you live where the highway Patrol will pick you up for going 4 miles over the speed limit you need to get things done fast. Saturday the 250-2316 Rostra Ultra Cruise2 control servo replacement for my Jeep 2000 Cherokee came from the Cruise control store.com store. It has no instructions with it but a 1800 number you can call for information on how to install, but they are not open on Saturday. My wife wanted her rig in the garage so it’s time to fix the jeep. It will take two people to put the unit in. One to hold the cable back the other person will need to have taken the two screws off and have the new unit ready. All in all less than 10 min and my wife and I are not mechanics. Turned the Jeep key to start and hit the button and it works. This Marine is impress not only with the product but the staff at the Cruise Control store.com. They were helpful, fast and all I can say is you can trust them they will deliver. So if you have a doubt forget it and buy from them.
